Designed by Park Air to produce clean edged round holes, the Ball Swivel Punchette is available for either intermittent or continuous operation. The unit is capable of cutting a wide variety and thickness of film. The BSP-30HD model is designed for operation on the film edge. Typical applications include Draw Tape Bags.
The unit will operate up to 200 cycles per minute and uses 0.5 cubic inches of air per cycle. Comes standard with a 9" throat which can be extended up to 12" upon request. Also available with a 2-1/4" throat (REP-3000) for use where space is restricted.
Ball Punch and die button sharpening is part of the PARK AIR overall service. Just ship the punch and die button to us for sharpening and it will be processed and returned within 24 hours of receipt. Die buttons are double sided, two dies for the price of one. All punches and dies are honed and lapped to perfect circles for cleaner cut holes.
The unit uses a heavy duty repairable cylinder, requiring only inside replacement parts for a lifetime of use.
