Anilox Ink Roller Cleaning Systems

With the new ACCUSTRIP system for ANILOX Ink Roller Cleaning for printing rollers, Bicarbonate of Soda and water are sprayed together, under pressure, at a roller assembly to be cleaned. Before the Bicarbonate powder has a chance to dissolve, the force of the powder contained in the water jet removes dried ink and paint. The Bicarbonate then dissolves into a harmless liquid which can be passed through a filter down the drain.

Ink Roller Cleaner and Parts Cleaner Combined

The Accu Graphic Combi, available from Accustrip in any size, is a "Two in one" - Combined Ink  Roller Cleaner and Parts Cleaner. The machine is a PLC/manually controlled unit for cleaning of printing rolls and parts with easy access to the cleaning components. The control box with PLC and the powder unit is integrated in the unit.Available for separate cleaning as well as simultaneously cleaning.

There’s good news for the label industry. With the new, patented Accu Graphic 700-2 Micro system from Accustrip, you can even clean a soda can down to bare metal without marking the soft aluminium surface. Unlike washing, the Accu Graphic 700-2 Micro will thorougly clean your print ink rollers. Dried ink, even in the bottom of the cells, disappears and print rollers look and behave like new.

The Accu-Graphic 700-2 Micro requires no special installation. The majority of printing houses already have the services required, being a 220 Volt single phase electrical supply, running water, compressed air and an outlet to the public drainage system. The speed of operation means that labour costs are kept to a minimum as the cleaning process is very straight forward. The shafts are easily and quickly mounted in an adapter which positions the roller vertically and the entire cleaning process only takes a few minutes.

The material used is ACCU-GRAPHIC blast media which is a specially formulated sodium bicarbonate powder. No chemicals are used. The Accu-Graphic 700-2 Micro is of streamlined construction and is designed for a high standard of operating safely with the cleaning process being carried out inside a closed compartment with inspection window.
With the Accu Graphic 700-2 Micro you can clean ink print rollers quickly, right down to the finest mesh size without causing any damage to the roller surface. The system can accept rollers up to 720 mm incl. shafts
Consumption of powder: The system use 100-200 g of blast media per working minute.

As an example, the cost of cleaning a 220 mm print roller is less than 1 Euro.
