Viscosity Ink Controls

Viscosity Ink Controls and Ink Temperature Control from OPTI-COLOR(Germany), leading suppliers for automatic viscosity controls, serving the printing and coating industry as well as applications in ink/coating design, food and chemical processing

Constant ink viscosity is very important for print and colour quality. Opti-Colour units work well with water based and solvent based inks and can interface with press and quality control systems. In line, rotating body, falling ball and dip sensors are available. Ink pumps and tanks are available options

Slitters, Rewinders, Shrink Sleeving Machines

Stanford Products LLC have over 60 years experience in supplying slitters, rewinders and their famous ‘Doctor’ machines. New in 2005 are the STANFORD “SEAMMACHINE” Shrink Sleeving machines. A new generation of solvent seamer shrink sleeve machines capable of seaming PVC, PET, PETG, OPS and operating at speeds up to 500 m/minute. Sleeve widths from 2” (50mm) to 10” (254mm). STANFORD also supply ‘Inspector’ machines for sleeve quality control.
